At CWwatches, your satisfaction is our priority. All watches are 100% authentic and shipped in original manufacturer packaging.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Refunds We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, in original condition, and in original manufacturer packaging with all tags and documentation included.

To initiate a return, please contact us before sending any items back. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
